My kids tortured this pool for the last 5 years and it has just now finally gotten holes in it....probably due to my using it as a temporary tarp for a trailer. Every year I set it on sand (contrary to instructions) and spent a few hours setting it up and taking it down. My pump lasted 4 years before needing replacement, and it sat outside uncovered for 4-5 months each year during the summer. I'm surprised and pleased that it lasted this long for the price, and disappointed that it never split a seam and sent the kids across the yard in a tidal wave of water. The vinyl is very heavy and will make a great tarp when you are done using it for a pool.

Awesome pool for he summer. It took about 3 hours to fill up. I do want to note you have to make sure it is on level ground because it will not fill up right and starts leaning in one direction. Overall great product. I have a 3 and 4 year old and it is great waist height for them, and they both are learning how to swim in the pool. I do suggest getting the solar cover for the pool it does protect it from debris and keeps the pool warmer. It comes with the pump and super easy to install.

We purchased this pool at a local box store. After the first rainstorm of the year, the GFCI box (plug) on the filter pump stopped working (because it had water in it!) and the pump is non-functional. We called the manufacturer only to find out that the pump is not warrantied against rain.(?!) They do not sell replacement plugs. The only way for us to fix the pump problem is to purchase a new pump at $39.99 + tax and shipping!If the ground is not perfectly level, you end up with folds in the liner that catch water under the ring, outside of the pool water leading to mosquito breeding grounds. After any precipitation, we have to go out and straighten the folds to remove excess standing water. Kids leaning on the side of the pool, or stepping in and out by lowering the floating ring causes a waterfall of pool water.For $75, we've probably gotten our money's worth out of it for the summer, but it certainly is designed as a "throw away" unit rather than a quality investment. Next summer, I'll spend my money on a pool membership or on sprinkler/slip-and-slide type water toys instead.
