I upgraded my pump on my 15'x42" Intex pool, but when I received the pump, I could not connect it due to the difference in hose sizes. So I started researching and found I had to have conversion adapters. I was not happy because had I known this, I would have ordered everything at the same time.So I found the conversion adapters on Amazon and ordered them. They came in a timely fashion and were reasonably priced. The conversion adapters were easy to install and had the pump up & running in minutes. Thanks!

If you buy the Intex Krystal Clear Saltwater System and Filter Pumpthen you do not need to buy these hose conversion adapters. I bought these mainly because I wasn't sure if they were included in the saltwater system and filter pump.They are, so don't spend your money on the adapters.If you need them simply to replace broken adapters that you already have, these are exactly what you need.

i purchsed these adapters to allow for a refit the larger hose connections on my grandson's outdoor pool when I went to a bigger pump. They went on easily & eliminated the need to cut any new holes in the pool. They come with good seals & I had no leakage at all. I used them all summer & had no trouble with them & I highly recommend these adapters to anyone needing to refit pumps & hoses to accomadate larger ones on the Intex pools.
