This is a great filter. I know that because I have to clean it every single week!! This catches way more dirt than the others. The material is strong enough to wash over and over and still stay in one peice. I go through about 2 each summer (which is pretty good considering I have to clean it every week).

This is a real pool grade filter that will fit in the large pumps from Intex. I have an 18x4' Intex blue mushroom pool that I used to have problems keeping clean. I will not use the large department store filters anymore because the material they use are basically see through and they don't catch all the dirt. With this filter you catch the dirt the first time through. The difference is night and day. If you have used the other filters buy one of these and compare them side by side and you will understand the difference immediately.
