Replacement pool filter pump plunger on/off valve for use with Intex above ground pools using 1-1/2" diameter hoses and 2-5/8" outside diameter x 2-3/8" inside diameter threaded pool connection fittings (Threaded collar that attaches to pool strainer assembly at pool wall)If your pool has larger thread connections, 2-7/8" outside diameter x 2-1/2" inside diameter threaded collar, you will need to purchase our complete strainer and valve assembly and replace valve and strainer assembly.

Plunger valve

Got two with purchase, so good price. Was easy to change. The old one was getting hard to open and close. I think the o-ring inside may need to be changed or oiled to keep this from happening.

Not the first time I have purchased this kind of plunger. At least one of them freezes and breaks during the TN winters. No big deal to purchase new ones. The pool makes it worth the extra cost to replace

good replacement valve for Intex pool

Bought this valve to replace the valve that came with the pool (the old plungers get stuck after a while and then the plastic handle breaks). This replacement worked perfectly and did the trick!
